The referral program is open to The SprinklerMan customers who have completed at least one paid service and are 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

To earn a reward, submit your referral’s contact details using the form on our website. The referred customer must then book and complete a qualifying service with The SprinklerMan, and we must receive full payment for that service. Once confirmed, you’ll receive your reward as outlined below.

Qualifying services include new system installations, seasonal services (startups or winterizations), and repairs/troubleshooting for new customers who have not previously used The SprinklerMan’s services. Services under $100 or those booked under special promotions (e.g., seasonal discounts or bundle deals) may not qualify at The SprinklerMan’s discretion.

Rewards are issued within 30 days after the referred customer completes and pays for their qualifying service. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your reward details.

• New system installations: $100 credit toward your next service or a free rain sensor (valued up to $150).
• Seasonal services (startups or winterizations): $50 credit toward your next service.
• Repairs/troubleshooting: $25 credit toward your next service.
• Bonus: Refer 3 new customers within a calendar year and receive an extra $100 credit toward any service or upgrade (limited to one bonus per customer per year).

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

Referred customers receive 10% off their first service with The SprinklerMan, up to a maximum discount of $200. The discount is automatically applied when they mention the referral during booking, applies only to their first service, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously used The SprinklerMan’s services. Self-referrals or referrals of existing customers do not qualify.
• The SprinklerMan reserves the right to disqualify referrals or withhold rewards if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected (e.g., submitting fake referrals or multiple referrals for the same person).

The SprinklerMan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this webpage. Any rewards earned before a program change will be honored under the original terms.

The SprinklerMan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused credits, or for disputes between referrers and referred customers. Rewards have no cash value.
